Proceed out of Reigate town centre in a southerly direction along Bell Street.  After passing the last of the shops turn left into Lesbourne Road and, after approximately a quarter of a mile, turn right into Chart Lane.  Follow the road up a hill taking a sharp left followed by a sharp right hand bend.  Continue over the brow of a hill and down towards Meadvale and after approximately a third of a mile, where the road bends to the left, turn right into Clarence Walk.  After a short distance turn right again into Clarence Road and the house will be found on the right hand side just after a sharp left hand bend.
